Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water Adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.
ROMANCING THE ROSE
60ml Bourbon
30ml Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub Syrup
20ml Lemon juice
15ml Orgeat
4 drops rose water
3 mint leaves
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker & gently shake side to side. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
