Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Grab a flexible measuring tape.
Stand straight but relaxed — no sucking in or puffing out.
  2. Measure your bust.
    • Wear your usual bra.
    • Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it horizontal and snug but not tight.
  3. Measure your waist.
    • Find your natural waist — the narrowest part, usually two fingers below where your rib cage ends.
    • Keep the tape horizontal and comfortably firm.
  4. Measure your hips.
    • Stand with feet together.
    • Measure around the widest point of your hips and bottom.
    • This spot can vary depending on your body shape.
  5. Compare your measurements to 'Staff & Friends Measurements and Sizes'
    • If your measurements are similar to one or two of these this is often the best guide.
  6. Compare your measurements to our size chart.
  7. Allow for fit flexibility.

    • Always refer to the Fit Notes in the specific product description
    • Styles with stretch or a relaxed fit allow an extra 3–5 cm of ease.
    • Prefer a closer fit? Consider sizing down in relaxed fit styles.
