What is a Mindful Magic® Potion Kit?
Mindful Magic Potion kits are designed to harness the magic inside you. In each kit you will find ingredients for crafting magical potions and potion recipe cards with instructions for creating each potion. Each kit comes with 4 potion/spell cards with affirmations, and an ingredients list . Mindful Magic kits are a more structured, containing  potion recipe cards that have short positive ‘spells’ and affirmations which help children overcome fears and deal with emotions, through imaginative creative play and magical experiences. Each mindful potion kit has recipes and simple instructions for creating the perfect potion.
